The colour is golden with green nuances.

The aroma is intense and attractive with a fresh character.

Unfolding are nuances of minerals, fine citrus aromas, pineapple, dried apricot, honey and unroasted hazelnut.

The flavor is soft, fresh, juicy, with extended feel and very intriguing.

The finish is long and memorable.

Food pairing: It is best consumed chilled at 10-12°C in combination with fish, pasta and desserts. It also goes well with soft cheeses like Camembert and Brie. Cheers!

Winemaking:

·         -Harvested from carefully selected vineyards

·         -The grapes were fully destemmed

·         -8 hours cold maceration (skin contact) in presence of enzymes to soften tannins

·         -15-18 days fermentation to fine tune acids and textural balance while controlling the temperature

·         -fining and stabilizing of wine

·         -Fermented in inox tanks
